At our 1.3 million square-foot plant, we produce a variety of products--from painted aluminum sheet to blanked aluminum products. What we produce here is found in a wide assortment of end products, such as truck cabs, cookware, and construction materials. We also produce brazing sheet used by auto manufacturers to make evaporator and condenser components. Over 400 customers use our product for a variety of consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Project Leader:

• Provide leadership and direction to contracted services working to support Maintenance and Production departments
• Work with schedulers and production for work windows in order to execute work
• Estimate and plan all work performed by contractors in a cost-effective manner
• Monitor improvement activities and take action to capture savings
• Act as a backup for other Project Leaders

• High school education or GED required
• 5 years broad technical experience in heavy industry with emphasis on all phases of maintenance installation of manufacturing equipment and support maintenance systems.
• 2 years of Maintenance Scheduling, Maintenance Leadership, Maintenance Technician or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Advanced Computer skills (Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field
• 2 years of Maintenance Project Leader or Maintenance Planning experience, preferred
• Additional training in a vocational or technical school, preferred
