We're seeking a polite, enthusiastic, customer service, and support person with subject matter expertise in aftermarket parts to join our Sales team at our Olathe, KS facility. As theCustomer Support Specialist,you'll serve as the front lines of communication between our customers and help them with ordering parts, locating parts through our e-commerce website and providing vital information for their purchases. Essential functions for this role include:

Profile

• 
  Provide exceptional customer service to domestic sales customers including proficiently handling basic and moderately complex customer calls and processing orders and quotes.
• Handle required amount of basic and moderately complex incoming customer calls within required accuracy goals
• Input orders and customer information or claims into company ERP and CRM systems
• Leverage knowledge of parts product groups and terminology in order to effectively communicate with customers and internal/external sources regarding customer requirements
• Navigate and research information within company ERP and CRM systems to check product price and availability, correspond and enter customer feedback and/or action items
• Notify customer of all backordered items and provide delivery dates
• Learn upselling techniques of products to increase sales
• Navigate and use the ERP system, sales planning tools and other company databases and programs to locate and source parts and customer information
• Leverage established TVH parts, sales and customer relations processes, concepts, and systems to provide effective and timely customer service
• Complete and may lead well defined small basic or moderately complex tasks and/or projects
• Develop working relationships with departments across the company including Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Accounting
• Apply TVH's Mission, Vision, and Values, and exhibits enthusiasm for and a desire to see TVH succeed

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Must possess a minimum of one (1) year experience performing substantially similar essential functions
• Demonstrate proficient parts identification, company customer relations practices, and sales channels
• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency using Google Mail, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar
• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Demonstrate proficiency effectively navigating the company ERP system, customer relationship management system, and other internal customer systems and databases to locate needed information for customers
• Must be team oriented and possess a positive attitude, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others
