The Development Coordinator provides high-level administrative and project management support to the VP of Development and the Campaign Director to support donor tracking, and moves management. This is a temporary role.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Schedules internal and external meetings or phone calls on behalf of the VP and Campaign Director.
Prepares the VP and Campaign Director for key donor-facing meetings with material creation and logistics.
Provides follow up to donors, board members, colleagues and other individuals both internally and externally.
Coordinates and prepares presentations, reports, projects, and correspondence.
Database maintenance including using discretion to track important emails, meetings, phone calls, and next steps as well as adding or updating contact information.
Support donor moves management and contact to track donor actions and next steps.
Support the Campaign Director with tasks related to the Nourish campaign including producing reports, donor queries, research.
Works in a dynamic, collaborative way with entire Development team and cross-department leaders.
Requirements:
Demonstrated communication and project management skills.
Two or more years of Development/Fundraising experience, working with donors.
Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge required.
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and follow up skills.
