Cell Technician I – No previous experience required – On the Job Training Provided - Day & Night Shifts Available

As a Cell Technician I, you will assist the Process Technician by maintaining the flow of finished good outputs through the automation cells. You’ll ensure parts meet the company’s quality standards while maintaining high machine and auto cell uptime and minimizing rejects. You will operate a forklift to remove finished goods from the cell, learn hot stamp and labeler application equipment. Cell Technicians also have career growth opportunities. With on the job training, you can grow your skills in injection molding equipment start-up and plastic processing standards.  This training will support your advancement into skilled plastic processing positions.  Salary:

Starting at $17/hr. with the potential for multiple progressive increases within the first year of employment. Additional differential pay of $1.00/hr. for NIGHT shift.

Shift: Night & Day, 7:00 – 7:00  - 12 hours

What you’ll do:

• Perform label changes and hot stamp film changes on equipment


• Operate stand-up forklift with clamp attachment


• Stage supplies and prepare work area for upcoming orders


• Complete QA audits and monitor part quality


• Complete and verify First Article Part Inspections

Qualifications:

• 
  No prior experience required


• Must successfully obtain a forklift certification, provided by Monoflo


• Good written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail


• Willing to develop skills and eager to earn more responsibility
