We're seeking an Online Banking Specialist to support our Online Services department located in Westerly, RI. This position will provide administrative and operational support and knowledge to various services and functionality of our Online services, including the full suite of Online and Mobile Banking services, regulatory compliance, and fraud monitoring.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Provide support to Customers, Branch Staff and other Bank employees as related to the suite of Consumer Online/Mobile Banking services to include troubleshooting and product information.
  


• 
  Assist in completing necessary daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to customer maintenance and reporting for Consumer Online/Mobile Banking and fraud monitoring.


• Assist on projects, process improvements and other key initiatives to include planning, research, testing, training and documentation of procedures and controls.


• Assist with developing and maintaining internal policy and procedure as it relates to administrative processes and customer functionality.
  


• 
  Assist with training for branch and call center staff.


• Work with areas throughout the Bank including Retail, Operations, Technology, Information Security, Compliance and Financial Administration to support products and services
  


• 
  Assist with regulatory compliance for services offered through the Consumer Online/Mobile Banking.


• 
  Participate in educational opportunities as related to job responsibilities.
  


• 
  Assist with coordination of information for Audit and Examination Responses as required.
  


• 
  Assist with Vendor Management and Information Security Requirements including, but not limited to, User Access Policies, Complementary User Controls, Technology Risk Assessments and Application Level Security Validation.
  

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  High school diploma or GED.
  


• 
  Previous experience with and/or thorough knowledge of numerous bank products and services.
  


• 
  Strong P.C. skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  


• 
  Possess strong self-management, organizational, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  


• 
  Possess good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adjust priorities.
  


• 
  Professional communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to communicate well with internal departments and vendors associated with the bank.
