Qualifications:



  • US (United States) citizenship

  • Security clearance or ability toobtain.

  • BA/BS and four (4) related geospatial experience, oreight (8)years related geospatial experience, such as:


    • ArcGIS Suite - ArcGIS for Desktop, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online

    • DoD (Department of Defense)GeospatialIT (Information Technology)systems


  • Experience with Agile Collaboration Tools: Jira & Confluence & scheduling large scale projects

  • Willingness to undergo a preemployment verification and drugscreening.

  • Familiarization with working in an Agile environmentand with multiple Scrum teams.

  • Experience listed below is highlydesired.


    • Experience with Python for ArcGIS

    • CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch)tools and relational databases

    • Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE)GIS (Geographic Information Systems)data standard



Responsibilities:



  • Organize, implement, and maintain the GeoBase Program scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.

  • Log GeoBase Program project timelines and taskers and maintain progress of work & deliverables using collaboration tools Jira & Confluence.

  • Interact with GeoBase Program customers and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.

  • Analyze critical path and constraints for the GeoBase Program to determine impacts to schedule and recommend workarounds.

  • Apply expert judgement to the identification and removal of impediments, keeping teams focused and delivering success in rapidly evolving and dynamic environment

  • Develop and update the GeoBase Program's weekly short interval schedule, working with GeoBase leadership and develop monthly and quarterly field communication and interaction.

  • Manage urgent requests from HQ Air Force and ensure their projects and taskers are completed on time.
