Responsibilities:


  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team that fires on all cylinders

  • Manage creative, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing teams

  • Develop and manage marketing program budgets; measure and optimize marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and deliver high ROI

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with industry partners and leverage pro staff network

  • Define and maintain brand standards across all channels

  • Drive lifecycle marketing strategy to maximize user retention through rapid onboarding and ongoing engagement

  • Implement ecommerce best practices to drive sales growth

  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to launch new products and build customer awareness and excitement

  • Oversee execution of annual trade shows

  • Work with the leadership team to make decisions that impact Moultrie Mobile

Basic Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 8 years experience as a Director or VP of Marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Preferred Skills/Qualities:


  • B2C consumer internet/digital marketing experience, preferably with an ecommerce focus

  • Demonstrated ability to launch and grow branded consumer products

  • Strong data analysis skills, comfortable analyzing campaign results and measuring ROI

  • Experience leading multiple teams

  • Love for the outdoors
