Primary contact for debt investors and rating agencies

    To establish and maintain relationships with credit agency representatives
  • To organize conferences, road shows, financial results conference calls, and investor meetings

  • To conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with investors, either in person or via phone to address any of their relevant questions or concerns

  • Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community. Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management

Produce and provide updates on Americas perimeter performance and total Messer Industries performance as needed/requested in conjunction with CVC (Prepare material for the Board)

  • To develop, implement, and manage the investment related plan

  • To develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function

  • To monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes

  • To implement, co-develop and update the organization's corporate messaging across different formats like making presentations, press releases, employee meetings, etc. To assist in designing the Q and A's for the investors and communicate key internal developments that have occurred in the organization and provide valuable information regarding the company's strategies, its operations, and the overall financial performance

  • To monitor analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management

  • To manage the investor relations portion of the intranet

Analyse and advise on key macro and micro economics, competitor activity, customer/industry activity and monetary markets to provide insight for decision making and context regarding company performance

  • To help perform various analysis that will include industrial analysis, competitive analysis, and comparative valuation, including financial metrics and differentiation

Support (need to decide) business planning model which can help determine expected EV, EqV and de-leveraging outcomes based on certain scenarios presented


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance

  • 10+ years of finance experience or 5-8 years of experience in Treasury

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in a clear, simple, and concise manner

  • Exceptional attention to details combined with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong follow up skills

  • Ability to perform duties as an individual and in teams as well

  • Able to meet strict deadlines

  • Advanced Excel skills, presentation skills and entrepreneurial skills

  • knowledge in investor relations, which includes various valuation methodologies, financial accounting, etc...

  • Knowledge of rules and regulations

  • Proficiency using treasury systems, accounting systems software, Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

  • Ability to work on team environment across multi-cultures

  • Demonstrated ability to respond to and prioritize customer requests
