Job Description

In preparation for contract task order bid and potential win, Torch Technologies, a 100% employee owned company, is looking to identify capable candidates. Candidates with incumbent experience are urged to apply.

The successful candidate will manage personnel and projects related to 263rd AAMDC unit training exercises. The position requires a strong background in planning and executing military air space planning and Army and Joint air defense, to include senior level military coordination across COCOMs. The candidate requires a strong understanding of Air Operations Center planning procedures and the Army's Force Generation model. The Lead is required to support planning and execution of training events and certification process for deploying forces. The successful candidate will apply requisite knowledge in short range and strategic planning in the areas of finance, scheduling, technology, methods, tools and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, planning, monitoring, and performing analysis on various projects and exercises. They will also assist in developing mission and vision statements, goals, operational plans and measurable training objectives. Direct experience with the Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC) or Joint Air Defense Operations-Mobile (JADOC-M) is highly desired.

Job Requirements

A minimum of 15 years related experience is required and a Bachelor's degree is required. Proficiency with MS Office applications is required.

Position requires a minimum of an active SECRET clearance and may require up to a Top Secret/SCI clearance to access classified information. A Top Secret/SCI is highly desired. Inability to maintain or upgrade to a required security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.
