GENERAL PURPOSE:

Luxor is experiencing record growth and we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our KwikBoost brand of mobile device charging products. The role will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns across all channels; specifically, email, social media, website, SEO/SEM, blogs, and other lead generation initiatives. This individual should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns and content creation from concept through execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:


  • Manage the email marketing automation platform (Pardot), and integrations with our Salesforce platform

  • Set strategy and manage email drip and nurture campaigns including ideation, collaborative planning with sales, targeting, designing, executing, and reporting results

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase inbound leads and inbound lead conversion rates

  • Create compelling content to support the sales funnel, from lead acquisition to sale

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Drive e-commerce sales through marketing initiatives; oversee e-commerce presence on Amazon and company website

  • Maintain website presence to drive qualified traffic to the online store by managing and continuously optimizing paid search and SEO campaigns

  • Monitor and analyze website conversion rate and suggest changes to improve results

  • Setup, launch and analyze social media campaigns to build brand awareness with a focus on growing traffic

  • Oversee production and delivery of digital marketing materials

    • Lead creative process workflow from project initiation through execution

    • Create online collateral for current products and new launches

    • Manage consistent branding standards across all efforts

    • Coordinate photo and video shoots as needed



  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Special projects as assigned

  • Assemble product samples as required

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • Experience planning and executing web, SEO, paid search, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

  • Experience using the Pardot marketing automation tool

  • Proficient in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; knowledge of website and marketing analytic tools (Google Analytics, Moz)

  • Strong writing skills

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Positive, can-do attitude

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • Work History Requirements:

    • Minimum 5-7 years experience in digital marketing or a related field

    • Minimum 3 years experience in email marketing; Pardot knowledge preferred

    • Minimum 1-3 years experience managing marketing-focused direct reports



  • Education Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree - Marketing or related field


Computer equipment and level of software requirements:


  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

Specific Knowledge, licenses, certifications REQUIRED:

  • None

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Specialist

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:


  • Attend webinars to increase marketing knowledge where applicable

  • General workplace safety
