The Analyst Talent Acquisition Reporting will join the team as an important contributor to the Talent Acquisition analytics efforts heavily focused on recruiting metrics and data across TA to aid leadership in making better business decisions. Key projects they will be involved in include: data warehouse development, advancing our automated analytics & reporting, as well as the development and implementation of user-friendly dashboards. The Analyst likes to directly work with data and metrics for the majority of their work, and is passionate about analyzing and reporting on data across the recruiting lifecycle to help stakeholders get the insights they need in a data-driven organization. The Analyst is willing to learn and build expertise in new technologies and subject domains for continuous improvement of our data practices.
Essential Responsibilities:
Fulfil emerging analytics request to support data needs of TA and partner teams
Increase awareness of recruiting data trends through the creation and execution of data dashboards and reports
Work cross functionally with other teams to understand their recruiting data needs - developing new dashboards, reports, and presentations
Provide ad hoc research in other focal areas such as orientation and attrition
Assist with running cadenced reports and analysis
Ensure understanding of the results of statistical analyses and reported metrics for diverse audiences

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Systems, or a related area
One (1) year experience with recruiting and Applicant Tracking System/Recruiting Management System (ATS/RMS)
One (1) year experience working with large datasets
Demonstrated database management skills and metrics interpretation through a live work sample during the hiring process
High level of organization & attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced multi-team environment
Ability to work to deadlines with quick turnaround and accurate results/reporting
Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Qualifications
One (1) year HRIS Analysis experience
Experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors
Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data in R/Rstudio
Experience with SQL Server
Experience using Spotfire, Tableau, or another tool to develop dashboards
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including ability to present complex data and analytics to large and diverse audiences using simple language
