Administer the company's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and processes, including all user account and access changes for new hires, internal moves, and separations. Develop and implement IAM system configuration changes to meet security requirements and maintain workflows. Review new systems and changes to existing systems for access and authentication requirements, and coordinate integration into existing systems and processes.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Three years in identity and access management and security administration
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
Authentication and authorization concepts and technologies
Identity and access management configuration, administration, concepts and technologies
Configuring and managing role-based access
Active Directory administration
Open databases (Sybase, MS SQL Server, etc.)
Problem analysis, triage and trouble-shooting methodologies

Incident response concepts and processes
Auditing and testing procedures

One or more technical or security certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, GIAC, etc.)
