The Opportunity:

The Channel Marketing Team is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic & highly-motivated Channel Marketing Manager to lead Webroot and Carbonite's partner events and campaigns across our Americas region, including the United States, Canada and Latin America. You will work hand-in-hand with our VAR, Distribution, and National partners on executing event and digital campaign initiatives to grow partner pipeline and revenue across the Carbonite and Webroot portfolios. You can multitask, efficiently communicate & work cross-functionally within a partner's organization and also with internal, regional marketing, operations, communications & other functions. You are an expert in partner lead flow and attribution management and tracking. You have a passion for working with partners, are detail-oriented, and have a knack for juggling multiple projects at once in a (really) fast-paced environment. The programs you oversee will contribute to further accelerating Webroot and Carbonite expanding go-to-market within the channel.

You are Great At:


  • Collaborate with sales teams and VAR, Distribution/National partners to develop plans and tactics that drive pipeline and revenue goals

  • Execute end-to-end virtual and in-person event logistics (webinars, executive roundtables, trade shows, conferences)

  • Tailor global digital campaigns to partner requirements and assist partners with implementation (email, social, inbound, PPC)

  • Apply your resourcefulness to come up with new field programs to drive partner-sourced pipeline

  • Measure campaign impact through SFDC reporting, evaluate event/campaign ROI, and present recommendations for improvement

  • Budget spend management for the segment

  • Provide onsite event staff/support when needed


What It Takes:


  • Minimum of 5+ years partner field marketing experience

  • Track record delivering strong event experiences that accelerate partner revenue growth

  • Expert at end-to-end event delivery, both virtual and in-person programs

  • Familiar with different types of partners and routes to market

  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate effectively.

  • Project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments

  • Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals

  • Experience with an enterprise software, SaaS, or security company

  • Salesforce & Marketo experience

  • Ability to travel

  • Familiarity with digital campaigns is a plus

Estimated pay range: $90k/yr. - $105k/yr.
