The Leader, Post Production & Editing, Video & Media works with the producer to create post and delivery schedules based on the principal photography schedule, consult on post budgets, create the post-production workflow for the project. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the technicalities of video and the post process and how it pertains to workflow and proficiency in Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the creative consistency of deliverables, and day-to-day management of the edit workflows being performed in post-production
• Coordinate all aspects of post-production and editing as needed; interface with client, agency, and producer; work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project
• Make creative decisions regarding the editing of projects based on written scripts or input from the producer, agency and/or client, and ensuring quality control and consistency on the final project
• Act as key contact for post-production staffing and resource needs. Be proactive in establishing and maintaining relationships with internal clients, staff and freelancers. Work with senior management and producers to ensure that personnel are utilized in the most efficient manner
• Manage and track edit schedules, and facilities schedules and bookings
• Update and maintain archiving and data standards, communicating with producers and all post-production staff
• Ability to switch from one project to another quickly and effectively; ability to quickly prioritize and reorganize events, projects and resources
• Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere and other editing and graphics software

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in Production & Post-Production technical workflows for HD
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and production colleagues in a corporate environment
• Ability to switch from one project to another quickly and effectively; ability to quickly prioritize and reorganize events, projects and resources
• Cutting edge command of modern digital video production, equipment and processes
• Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, DaVinci Resolve and other editing and graphics software
