The RECEPTIONIST will have an immediate connection to our Values (People, Service, Quality and Innovation).   • Greet, announce and assist visitors, interviews and other appointments
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Serve as liaison with building management on maintenance/security issues
  • Issue keys & security codes and maintain lists
  • Assure refreshments (coffee/soda machines/water coolers) are in good repair, arrange service, schedule changes as needed
  • Keep lobby neat and clean at all times
  • Maintain petty cash log (for stamps)
  • Sort and distribute faxes
  • Maintain the phone directory for home office
  • Handle business card orders for home office


  • Detailed individual with excellent follow-through and who is proactive
  • Resourceful, reliable, positive, solution-minded person
  • Service oriented individual
  • Other duties as deemed necessary


  • Skilled with Gmail/Word/Excel/Powerpoint
  • Skilled at using a Mac
