Job Duties: Provide technical support to the backend teams regarding new features to be installed in the system for experimentation. Use Visual Website Optimizer (VWO) for setting up A/B tests, Split URL tests and Multi-variate tests and implement the changes on the website, post-test completion. Based on the past results, research and suggest new experiments to the stakeholders. Develop website content using complex HTML, CSS, and JavaScript functionalities. Utilize RHI-adopted frameworks for CSS and JavaScript. Use programming languages to implement APIs to connect to 3rd party data sources for experiments. Analyze the test data using Tealium and Google Analytics. Write technical documentation on usage of analytics and optimization and test platforms. Create and submit business requests to the IT MCC team for web-related projects. Work with Web PM, BSA, and PA to ensure that changes and deliverables are executed to specifications and with appropriate quality in an acceptable timeframe. Build new web pages and edit existing web pages using our content management system (Drupal). Develop and publish content campaigns with complexities unique to campaign/country/language setup. Collaborate with Web PM to refine site design and features. Contribute to the development of the external site roadmap and long-term planning for the sites. Design html prototypes, visual interfaces, cascading style sheets, and interactions of web-based applications. Perform quality analysis to catch any regressions post fixing the bug. Write automated tests that run across multiple test environments before the application goes to production. Facilitate efforts to scope, schedule, test and deploy product enhancements and new functionality.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience in the field of web development.

Special Skill Requirements:

1.           Experience with full cycle web development methodologies, tools and practices

2.           Experience with content management Drupal and change management systems

3.           Proficient in running A/B testing and experimentation tools using VWO/Optimizely

4.           Experience building complex web applications using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript and utilizing JSON and RESTful web services

5.           Administering and/or configuring web server/database environment and code repository

6.           Evaluating and installing patches and performing appropriate risk assessment and feasibility analysis to mitigate potential problems.
