If you have answered YES to these questions, you may be exactly who we are looking for to join our crew! We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team full-time, beginning in the summer of 2021. You™ll be starting off alongside several other teammates from across the US to officially kick off your career with SailPoint. The multi-week experience will take place in our Austin headquarters and will prepare you for a successful journey on the team, all while learning about our unbeatable culture.

We like to work smart, so we can make time for ourselves, and we come from all different backgrounds (education, geography, previous work experience , etc.) and use this to our advantage.

As part of the CSM team you will have the chance to:


  • Hone your skills and develop in a customer-engaging role

  • Learn about the business of identity

  • Think creatively about ways to continuously improve how to build and maintain relationships with customers

  • Ensure customers are highly satisfied and maximize the value they get from SailPoint

  • Work as part of a passionate, high performing team. Mentored senior CSMs to help launch your career.
