The Firm's Compliance Surveillance team is seeking an E-Communications Surveillance Analyst for its \"Blue Team\", focused on the identification of potential market misconduct. The position will work closely with Trade Surveillance staff, and other teams, and involve targeted review of e-communications and voice recordings, including those related to markets and trading activity, in order to identify potential market or employee misconduct.
Conducting targeted reviews of e-communications, including those related to markets and trading activity, in order to identify potential market or employee misconduct
Partnering with Trade Surveillance analysts in order to conduct holistic reviews or trading activity and e-communications
Leveraging business intelligence tools and alert analytics in order to identify potential patterns of behavior that may warrant further review
Effectively communicating the results of analysis to various stakeholders including those in Line of Business Compliance, Line of Business Management, Legal and other subject matter expert stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required
Direct experience in conducting surveillance investigations including those related to the identification of potential market misconduct and collusion among other risks
Proficiency with e-communications surveillance technology and tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated judgment in a regulatory/compliance environment and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency a plus
