The senior associate works closely with business managers and capacity planning partners to create budgets and forecasts for direct expenses in the Service organization, as well as identifying risks and opportunities.
The senior associate will also develop management reports, utilizing the Operations dashboard, to monitor actual expense vs budget and provide meaning variance explanations to business partners. Will review, analyze and make recommendations regarding business results. Core activities associated with the position include the following:
Develop the annual budget and monthly forecasts
Prepare expense tracking for key initiatives
Support (design/modify/review) Executive Management Reporting, Performance dashboards, expenses, and headcount as per business requirements
Review, analyze and present monthly financial results
Support ad hoc requests from the Business, Senior Management, and CCB P&A.
Contribute to driving expense reduction initiatives across CCB
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature
4+ years of work experience, preferably in Financial Services or Operations
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Tableau experience a plus.
