As the Procurement Business Intelligence Manager, you'll drive transformation in a rapidly growing digital environment within supply chain. You'll be responsible for establishing the strategy for Procurement's digital acceleration, while building capability across the team. Also, you'll be challenged to implement and prioritize these solutions within the Procurement team, and in alignment with other cross-functional, national, and global company-wide digital initiatives. Lastly, you will apply your exhaustive and demonstrated knowledge of data analysis to drive progress and efficiencies that contribute to top and bottom line results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee product output, including design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business operations, processes, and performance metrics
Manage projects and people and coach in areas of data literacy, data storytelling/visualization, and data modeling
Navigate complex and undefined data and processes to come to a recommendation or solution that appropriately moves the business forward.
Prioritize and manage workflow of associate projects within the team.
Collaborate with leaders across procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain to implement high quality digital solutions for the organization.
Display a strategic focus by further defining and operationalizing a digital vision for Procurement that is aligned with the department's functional objectives.
Perform all other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Statistics, Information Science or related.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, business, customer analytics, or related.
