Role/Responsibilities

• Drive solution innovation by proactively identifying solution creation opportunities


• Visualize and develop a compelling client value proposition that will drive sales growth


• Collaborate with sales team in driving sales growth of the defined solutions

• Be a thought leader in creating and presenting these solutions in client discussions and industry forums

• Be a guide to the teams executing digital transformation in areas of architecture and technology implementation

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Management Consulting, Digital Agency, or Technology Services

• Working knowledge of developments in AI, Automation, Cloud, Mobile, Data, Product design

• Client project experience in areas such as Guest experience transformation, AI-led business process redesign, Technology Modernization
  

• Proven experience architecting solutions for successful Digital Transformation sales pursuits

• Possess understanding of large enterprise buying cycles and intuitively grasps the value of creating client influence through thought leadership in every stage of the buying cycle

• Executive Presence – Should have the ability to build relationship with CTO, CDO, CIO level officers

• Clear and influential in both written and verbal communication

• Collaborative, detail-oriented but a big-picture thinker

• Domain experience in at least one of the following: Retail, Hospitality, QSR or travel domains, is strongly preferred.
