Job Description:

The Emergency Services Specialist (ESS) is responsible for providing supervision and care for clients while maintaining an atmosphere of safety and respect. The ESS provides a structured daily living routine, ensures clients' basic needs are being met, and documents all client behaviors, peer interactions, and engagement in programming. The ESS is responsible for completing client intakes and incident reporting. They are also responsible for facilitating group sessions and recreation daily. Emergency Services Specialists may be required to prepare and serve meals and snacks.
