Job Description and Responsibilities:
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the following:
Client Intake Meetings: Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, delineate and implement recruiting strategy, establish recruiting delivery expectations, establish weekly communication updates and ongoing development and management of clients.
Search Strategy: Corporate recruiters are responsible for defining and executing search strategies with an emphasis on direct sourcing.
Communications: Responsible for weekly communications and status updates to clients and “stakeholders” including reports generated from our system of record.
Recruiting Delivery: Full life cycle recruiting including candidate identification and development, assessment and evaluation, presentation and delivery, candidate management, offer negotiation and closure and candidate onboarding to the client groups.
Partnering: Recruiters in this role are expected to partner with all internal customers, business partners and recruiting team members as well as with external business partners and candidates. Provide a strong customer service orientation to all involved with the “Full Life Cycle” recruiting process and workflow.
Customer Centric: Recruiters are required to provide an exceptional “customer centric” experience to all involved with recruiting and talent acquisition process and workflow.
Negotiation/Closure and Onboarding: Manage the “offer and negotiation” process with both clients and candidates to meet and achieve business objectives
Basic Qualifications
Corporate Recruiting experience: Previous experience managing and executing recruiting assignments for senior and mid-level roles including: Marketing, Finance, Legal, Corporate Development, Strategy, Human Resources, IT, Security, Communications and other Corporate functions
IT Services/Consulting and Technology: Experience working in a “fast paced” and entrepreneurial work environment
Offer & Negotiation Skills: Experience managing complex offers and negotiations
Multi Task: Ability to Multi-Task and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Global Public Company: Experience working with rules and guidelines within a “Fortune 500” global, publically traded company.
Applicant Tracking Systems: Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Reporting: Able to generate reports for client groups using an ATS reporting module to communicate progress with client groups
