JOB DESCRIPTION:

P.E. Labellers USA is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Specialist to sell aftermarket parts to our North American customers. The position will be located in our Cincinnati, OH facility and will report to the Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities include the following:

• Provide in-depth aftermarket parts sales support with a goal to exceed company aftermarket part sales orders and revenue targets.


• Increase parts sales volume through direct-sales efforts and manage all aspects of the sales cycle.


• Build relationships and confidence through positive customer contact by responding to customer phone calls and emals in a professional, timely manner and completing follow-ups.


• Manage all facets of order fulfillment to include, but not limited to, generating proposals, quotation follow-up, processing purchase orders, open order management and issue resolution.


• Demonstrate strong negotiation abilities.


• Coordinate customer orders with counterparts at P.E. Labellers facility in Mantova, Italy.


• Work with other departments like engineering, and manufacturing to develop solutions for customer needs and specifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of industrial machinery part sales/service experience; technical sales experience.

• Excellent interpersonal & customer relationship- building skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills which includes presentation skills.


• Analytical with problem-solving ability in technical and complex situations with a keen eye on details.


• Strong researching skills with the ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings


• Above-average computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word/Excel)


• Organized work approach and experience in successfully handling a multi-tasked role.


• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.


• Some domestic and international travel may be required.
