Technical Recruiter job is available with Belcan Technical Services in St. Louis, Missouri. In this Technical Recruiter job you will join a collaborative team that supports the Belcan organization. As a member of this team, you will be trained on how to develop strong working relationships with coworkers and business development managers. You will be trained on technical requirements for open positions and matching qualified candidates for those open positions. You will become a subject matter expert on best practices related to hiring.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Manage full life cycle recruiting
* Source, phone screen, schedule interviews and manage the entire candidate process, including offer negotiations and closing
* Be able to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends
* Foster relationships with candidates to ensure they have a positive experience
* Work collaboratively with account managers to define requirements and attributes of ideal candidates
* Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to key stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
* Must be a good communicator and not afraid of using the phones

Experience, Qualifications and Education:

Minimum of two year recruiting experience needed for this position. Prefer experience with IT recruiting. You will learn to successfully manage the full recruiting lifecycle, which includes the ability to develop a pipeline of candidates. You will be trained to operate and manage the Belcan Applicant Tracking system. We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate good organizational skills.
