Carrier Analyst

Responsibilities

Identify trips for review

Utilize provided analytical tools to identify trips that are non-compliant to expected standards (actual vs. planned)
• Work with field management to validate/correct trip information as necessary
  
  

Auditing

• Review ~ 25% of all carrier invoices for compliance to contractual terms


• All non-compliant trips will be invoice audited


• Random selection of invoices to achieve 25% total invoice auditing to include every carrier
  
  

Invoice approval

• Support Business Process Excellence team by investigating invoices that do not fall within established payment thresholds


• Liaise between BPE team and carriers to validate/correct invoices outside of thresholds
  
  

Continuous improvement

• Analyze non-compliant trips and relationship to existing workflows


• Identify areas of operational and cost improvement


• Provide solutions to improve workflow/processes

CTM support

• Digital Deliver Carrier liaison


• Ad-hoc reporting (GOLD/SAP/AP Master)


• ATM KPI reporting

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or finance, or commensurate experience.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in a transportation environment


• MS Office (Excel) required


• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills


• Experience with GOLD, SAP and AP Master desired
