We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST). The position is full-time, 36 plus hours/week, Monday - Friday. The individual will need to work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to, prepping patients for surgical procedures, selecting appropriate equipment and supplies according to physician preference and assisting surgeons during ophthalmic procedures. Other duties as required.

Requirements:

Graduate of an approved operating room technical program

Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Current CST valid in Connecticut

Certification in Sterile Processing required
Operating Room experience required
Ophthalmology experience in an ASC environment preferred
BLS Certification required
