Job Description:

1. Join a team environment supporting the reliable operation of a continuous paper manufacturing operation.


2. Perform preventative maintenance ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all plant assets.


3. Train for the care and reliability of specific paper manufacturing equipment.


4. Positively interact with all plant departments and employees to prioritize resources and maximize plant efficiencies.


5. Continuously train on safe work practices in a manufacturing environment


6. Maintain and advance knowledge of technical best practices through specialized equipment and process training.


7. Maintain a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Total Average Annual Earnings including overtime is $47,000 - $68,000 plus Benefits, 401K and Pension.  Starting pay is $21.73/Hour or based upon experience.

1. Must have a positive attitude.


2. Must be willing and able to work safely and efficiently.


3. Must have regular and predictable attendance.


4. Must be able to communicate verbally and written.


5. Must maintain a personal set of general tools.


6. Must be willing to be trained and progress towards additional responsibilities.


7. CDL or willingness to obtain a CDL License is an asset.


8. Mobile Equipment Repair, Machining and Welding Skills or willingness to be trained are an asset.
