Job Description:

              Housing Programs Manager

$5,041-$6,139 (plus benefits)                   

Under general direction, plans, organizes and supervises the activities of personnel assigned to Housing Authority occupancy programs, including Public Housing Section 8, HCV, USDA, HCD, OMS, Family Self Sufficiency, ROSS, Resident Initiative, Down-Payment Assistance, and implements Authority policies and procedures; coordinates activities with other divisions, outside agencies and organizations; performs complex and highly responsible planning, programmatic and supervisory duties associated with the development, implementation and management of housing programs; performs other related duties as required.

 

Four years’ experience in public housing operations, including two years at a supervisory level.
