Job Description:


  1. Join a team environment supporting the reliable operation of a continuous paper manufacturing operation.

  2. Perform preventative maintenance ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all plant assets.

  3. Train for the care and reliability of specific paper manufacturing equipment.

  4. Positively interact with all plant departments and employees to prioritize resources and maximize plant efficiencies.

  5. Continuously train on safe work practices in a manufacturing environment

  6. Maintain and advance knowledge of technical best practices through specialized equipment and process training.

  7. Maintain a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Total Average Annual Earnings $63,000 - $76,000 including overtime plus Benefits, 401K and Pension.  Starting rate is $28.43/Hour or basted upon experience.

  • Must be able to read and interpret electrical drawings.




  • Must be capable of learning to read and interpret ladder logic and function block.




  • Must be willing to work with hazardous energy sources.




  • Must be able to use electrical testing devices.
