We’re looking for a Senior Digital Advisor to join our Advisory & Professional Services (A&PS) North America organization. The Senior Digital Advisor is a thought leader and strategist who helps our clients navigate digital transformation priorities and connect business outcomes with technology solutions to help accelerate time-to-value.

The Senior Digital Advisor is responsible for driving business growth by developing and facilitating client account planning sessions with HPE Sales and Pursuit teams and working directly with clients to deliver digital advisory engagements. The Senior Digital Advisor is fluent in digital transformation methodologies and comfortable leading conversations with CxO and senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:


  • Leverages market research to understand client business models and industry trends relevant to digital transformation.

  • Actively educates & engages with Sales and Pursuit teams on HPE’s approach to accelerating digital transformation.

  • Leads internal account planning and strategy workshops to develop action plans for digital advisory engagements.

  • Develops client relationships and interest through advisory engagements and continually builds & reinforces client's perception of the company as a credible digital transformation partner.

  • Consultatively & proactively positions the company to influence client strategy and shape technology requirements towards HPE’s strengths.

  • Crafts pursuit strategies that masterfully guide the Sales team pursuit activities.

  • Acts as lead for coaching/mentoring during Sales pursuit cycles.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Required –


  • Typically 10+ years in the Technology and/or Consulting Industry and 3+ years in developing new business opportunities with clients, preferably at the CxO level.

  • MBA or advanced university degree preferable.

Knowledge and Skills –


  • Analysis & Problem Solving.

    • Market research & analysis.

    • Identification & qualification of new business opportunities.

    • Client executive engagement & interest generation.

    • C-level partnering.

    • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.

    • Influential leadership skills.



  • General Business Acumen.

    • Financially savvy to identify business value and ROI for clients.

    • Advanced knowledge of digital transformation trends, preferably aligned to a particular vertical industry.

    • Knowledge & awareness of total company portfolio at value add level.

    • Strategic thinking/planning.

    • Ability to craft client value propositions.
