Job Description:
Hyve Solutions is looking for an accomplished, detail-oriented and team-oriented Sr. Marketing Manager. Wearing many hats, you have experience in driving marketing and marcom campaigns and programs that underscore company objectives. You work cross-functionally to drive consensus, content and buy-in.
You have experience in driving B2B marketing strategies including ABM, content and vendor relations. You have a keen eye on driving marcom deliverables, mapping and working with the team that will help deliver on them. You also understand the impact of organic search and are creative when it comes to making an impact on a budget.
You also enjoy driving and creating internal, culture-developing programs, engaging in various internal ERGs, harnessing the ideas of enthusiastic employees and making ideas come to life, on a global basis. You eat copywriting for breakfast.
Responsibilities:
Overarching content strategy across digital properties: Create and drive the overarching plan, content and messaging, working closely with the creative team to execute, with an eye on metrics
Copywriting: from blogs to email copy, you've done it all
Intranet freshness and engagement: Work with various internal teams (HR, legal, etc) to ensure intranet engagement, including overarching content strategy and updates, etc.
Internal comms: Drive programs/messaging across appropriate channels, increasing engagement and underpinning culture goals and objectives
Marcom management: Own overarching deliverables calendar to ensure on-time delivery of content, programs and events; including translations
Channel and tradeshow event management
Ensure consistent internal and external communication of the brand, messaging and tones across both the employee and customer journey
Reporting, including monthly and quarterly engagement, program ROI, recommendations, learnings and more
Qualifications:
A degree in marketing, communications or related field
7+ years' experience in B2B marketing/communications
Channel engagement
ABM knowledge
Global marcom experience
Budget and agency management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong time management to toggle between daily and long-term tasks, keeping workstreams moving forward simultaneously
A panache to learn in a fast pace, hands-on environment
