Job Description

WANTED: A mission-driven professional with an Secret clearance to join our team as a seasoned Stakeholder Engagement Manager (SEM) / Business Analyst supporting information sharing programs working from multiple locations to include the customer site of Arlington, VA, the contractor site of Dulles, VA and from the candidates home as a telecommuter, all as required.

As a seasoned Stakeholder Engagement Manager (SEM) / Business Analyst, you will:

• Join an already established team with opportunity to grow.


• Support a Department of Homeland Security program, who collects, manages, and distributes critical infrastructure data to its stakeholders.


• Support the customized SharePoint technology platform which is used as the backbone for managing and distributing this program's critical infrastructure data.

A week in the life of a seasoned Stakeholder Engagement Manager (SEM) / Business Analyst:

• Oversee, collect, manage, and implement analytical requirements gathering to support stakeholder requirements.


• Support the work for any stakeholder or mission area as designated by the HSIN-CI Program Office Serve as a senior level consultant on all IT projects.


• Support projects of varying scope and duration simultaneously while maintaining alignment with integrated business processes and program goals Lead teams working in a fast-paced environment with private sector stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• 10 years of experience in information systems, customer relationship management, computer engineering, geographic information systems, web design, digital arts and sciences, or public information communication.


• Ability to obtain and maintain a Favorable DHS Fitness/Suitability decision.


• Active SECRET clearance considered a plus.


• Possess demonstrable experience in one or more of project management support, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, training development and delivery, customer relationship management, requirements gathering, or business process development.


• Possess working knowledge in one or more of portal-based collaboration platforms, real-time collaboration platforms, geospatial collaboration platforms, data exchange standards, customer relationship platforms, web-based requirements management and knowledge management platforms, knowledge and experience working in an information sharing environment, knowledge and experience working in a customer service or stakeholder relationship management role, or knowledge and experience in translating customer needs to requirements and fulfilling those requirements.


• Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or another related field.


• Knowledge and experience working in a customer service or stakeholder relationship management role.


• Knowledge and experience in translating customer needs to requirements and fulfilling those requirements.
