Landscaping Associate at High Associates in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

High Associates is searching for Grounds Maintenance Associates to join the property services team.    The successful candidate(s) will provide a pleasant outdoor environment by maintaining the overall appearance of the landscaping and grounds. Positions start at $16.50 and can increase based on previous experience. This is a full-time, year round position. 

Responsibilities for our grounds maintenance include:

• Responsible for completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.


• Operate and maintain equipment.


• Expand identification of plants and weeds.


• Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up.  


• Assisting with snow/ice removal, as required.


• Safely use company vehicles and equipment by adhering to company standards.


• Abide by all company and safety policies and procedures.

Our next co-worker will possess the following work and educational requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED, required


• 2+ years of previous grounds maintenance/landscaping experience, preferred


• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.


• Demonstrate excellent customer service.


• Must possess a valid PA driver's license.
