Job Description:

A brand new opening for a LCSW Substance Use Disorder Mobile Clinic just became available at a successful outpatient medical center in the San Francisco Bay Area. Active California licensure as a LCSW is required for this position.

Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health and Social Services, the LCSW Substance Use Disorder Mobile Clinic will work nearly 100% of the time from the organization’s mobile clinics dedicated to local addiction/homeless populations. The LCSW Substance Use Disorder Mobile Clinic will assess and treat psychological disorders, substance use disorders, chronic pain, and chronic disease. The LCSW Substance Use Disorder Mobile Clinic will focus about 60% of the time on Case Management.
