Rebate Coordinator at Medline Industries, Inc. in Northfield, Illinois

Job Description:

Medline has an opportunity for a Rebate Coordinator based out of our Northfield, IL Corporate office! We are currently working remote due to Covid-19. This individual will be responsible for processing vendor rebate submissions and disputes and will be in charge of assisting vendors through the rebate process to ensure timely resolution of issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ensure the accurate distribution of vendor rebate and tracing files on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Manage discrepancy files and ensure timing guidelines are followed.
• Prioritization of tasks in a constantly changing environment.
• Reconciliation of large scale data.
• Contribute to the improvement of team processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.

• Bachelor's degree.
  
  

Relevant Work Experience

• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulations, VLOOKUP)

Relevant Work Experience

• Experience in SAP and/or Vistex.
  
  
• At least 1 year customer service experience in a high volume setting
