Job Description:

PAPÉ KENWORTH NORTHWEST – BELLINGHAM, WA

TRUCK TECHNICIAN – TUES - SAT SHIFT:Position will perform diagnostics and repair on medium to heavy duty road trucks. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Welding and fabrication.


• Analyzing and diagnosing road truck malfunctions or failures.


• Repairing, replacing, maintaining and/or rebuilding cabs, steering systems, engines, transmissions, axles, differentials, brakes, clutches, electrical systems and air systems.


• Performing assigned tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

Looking for someone that wants to work in a team environment. Technician with 1 to 3 years’ Truck, Heavy Equipment and/or Automotive shop experience preferred. Will accept an entry level technician with an Associate Degree or Certificate in Auto/Diesel Technology that is a hard worker and is ready to learn. Applicant must be a self-starter, team player, computer literate and possess good communication skills. Must have a driver’s license with a good driving record. Commercial driver’s license is preferred.
