Senior Digital Marketing Specialist I

At Pacific Global Asset Management (Pacific Global), we take pride in helping investors cut through market noise and make the best choice for investment success. To further our mission, Pacific Global is searching for an experienced marketer who will be responsible for designing and implementing digital and content marketing campaigns. This highly visible role will partner with content and creative marketing team members to execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement across the advisor journey.

Successful applicants will have a passion for data-driven marketing, experience using marketing automation tools and sales CRM systems, and proven ability to create meaningful analyses to determine areas of improvement for further optimization of marketing campaigns and programs as well as for measuring success (ROI). A successful candidate should have superb leadership, analytical, technical, business acumen, and communication skills to be able to work with a wide range of team members from individual contributors to senior executives.

Responsibilities


  • Develop, execute, and optimize ongoing digital marketing efforts, as well as support analysis that supports Sales distribution.

  • Leverage data to advance digital strategies, track and report campaign and channel effectiveness, uncover relevant insights, and identify channel optimization opportunities.

  • Leverage data-centric targeting capabilities to drive improvements in channel effectiveness.

  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to ensure success ROI.

  • Collaborate with team members/business partners to execute and measure enhanced and integrated digital marketing campaigns, aligned with business goals.

  • Stay current and knowledgeable on new developments, trends, and technologies in digital marketing.

  • Manage agencies and partner with internal/external teams on execution.

  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing communications planning and execution.

Basic Qualifications


  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, and/or relevant field of study

  • Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms

  • Proven experience working with social media and search advertising platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics

  • The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

  • Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter who is detail-oriented and an enthusiastic team player

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Hands-on experience owning end-to-end execution of email nurture and engagement programs.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or comparable automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), SalesForce.com.

  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle campaigns utilizing LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Google AdWords (Search Ads/Display Ads).

  • Experience executing demand generation campaigns or programs through ecosystem partners.

  • Experience with segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

  • Experience constructing messaging and managing demand generation programs.

  • Experience in B2B, financial services.


Self-development


  • Proactively setting quarterly goals with manager; tracking against goals and demonstrating growth.

  • Identifying areas of improvement and bringing suggestions and solutions to management.

  • Attending networking events, seminars and conferences, including outside of working hours as required to maintain personal professional development and to build business contacts.
