John Crane Diamond (JCD) is looking for an experienced & versatile Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to operations
- Create and maintain engineering & manufacturing documentation
- Lead and support projects focused on process improvement, quality control, and lean manufacturing
- Managing and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with corporate policies and procedures

The Individual
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of process engineering experience
- Previously work in an ISO controlled work environment
- Fundamental knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Six Sigma training preferred
- Successful Project Management experience
- Understanding of basic engineering principles
- Mechanically inclined
- Quick learner with excellent problem solving skills
- Strong background in manipulating data for the purpose of statistical analysis
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- IT savvy with basic programming knowledge
- Team oriented with good communication skills
- High standards for professional conduct and integrity
