Guest Room Attendant:

The Guest Room Attendants (housekeepers) are responsible for making our guests feel like they are at home by providing clean, comfortable, welcoming guestrooms and public spaces. We expect our associates to provide warm, friendly service with a genuine smile and pleasant attitude. We only hire associates who are looking for a career, are willing to learn, and are looking for an opportunity to grow.

Prior housekeeping, customer service and hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.

Job Summaries-

1. Housekeepers service guest rooms (pull trash, pull linen and terry, dust, disinfect, make beds, vacuum floors).

2. A Floor Houseperson services guest rooms & supports housekeepers (pull trash, dust, disinfect, sweep, mop, and vacuum).

3. A Lobby Houseperson services public areas & supports managements (pull trash, dust, disinfect, sweep, mop, and vacuum).
