Job Description

Sales Operations & Solutions Coordinator

Role Description with Overview

Summary:

A coordinator is responsible for bringing together various elements or individuals to complete a project. The coordinator is to arrange dates, rooms, venues and agenda schedules for meetings between all of the individuals who will be contributing to a task or project. They will write internal communications around coordinating, scheduling, and distribution of self-paced training, video tutorials, handouts and emails, to inform team members of important notices and reminders and collect materials for distribution. The coordinator will also conduct regular analyzes of processes and procedures, survey analysis. Specific to the role is solutions support to complete administrative functions, vendor payments, reporting, auditing, client support, solution tasks, training and problem solving when requested for both InSight and Direct Response. Coordinator will perform other relevant duties as requested in addition to administrative support for various roles and special projects.

Coordination for both Sales Ops and Solution Support (InSight, Direct Response)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities­­­­­­­­:

INSIGHT SOLUTION:


  • Process SF InSight request (various needs, audit, process)

  • Support teams AE, ASR, SOHO with IS request, creating, updating

  • Maintain, Clean up InSight queue, Account set up issues, corrections, rate detail review

  • Equipment - Stand and refused and reshipping

  • InSight invoices

  • Asset tags reports - add data for each client

  • Equipment orders, demo equipment , demo code distribution, Ipad and equipment returns

  • Audits - InSight billing issue/audit, update missing CID in OLY, CID not syncing with SF with the right accounts and Equipment review

  • Sales and New Hire Training for InSight support request

  • InSight reports, quarterly reviews and adhoc reporting

  • Trade Show management, tracking sheet, shipping InSight equipment, Returning, and monitoring tradeshow timelines and requirements for multiple shows.

  • Solutions support to director and team when requested

DIRECT RESPONSE SOLUTION:


  • Monitor SLA for LLTS and technology

  • Process the Remedyforce tickets for each DR request

  • Send final package to solutions specialist to confirm, update tracking

  • Upload the files to J drive

  • Review status updates and closure

SALES OPERATIONS:



  • Linkedin Sales Navigator
    • Admin monthly reports, Daily admin for users, updates and escalations, Link Chatter Feed - Research and post monthly updates , best practices, Complete quarterly, Facilitate trainings, training materials review of user metrics



  • Training and New Hires Scheduling

    • Coordinate all training requests

    • Coordinate the attendees, subject matter materials, arrival, dates, presenters, all correspondence, schedule and material distribution

    • Post review survey and follow up

    • Manage and support materials such as: System Manuals, Training Class Support Materials, Job Aids, and Reference Guides

    • Ensure all training content being utilized is up to date and easily accessible in Salesforce; assess impact/effectiveness of content through usage analysis



  • Special Projects

  • Support coordination activities in addition to various teams involved in current projects. This may be extended to any sales operations support team from Implementation to RFP or Marketing, for example.
