The Director of Surgical Services will live in a stunning area with open land for roaming and city life just down the street. The Director of Surgical Services will experience a balance between country living and city living through this opportunity. The Director of Surgical Services will be a part of a large medical center and have a large amount of responsibility. Overseeing approximately 100 FTE’s, interacting with nearly 35 to 40 doctors, and mentoring five Nurse Managers in this position, the Director of Surgical Services will have a high level of support. This exceptional medical center does approximately 100 heart surgeries per day. The Director of Surgical Services will oversee ORs doing general surgery, reconstructions, robotics, GS, neuro, spine, brain surgery’s, spine, and a vast ortho department. Robotics, CV, construction, expansion, or hybrid experience is a plus for the Director of Surgical Services to have as the OR’s are technologically advanced and quick moving. The Director of Surgical Services will have a patient-first mindset in this position. Ensuring optimal patient outcomes, mitigating risk, and enhancing the quality of care through professionally developing team members, the Director of Surgical Services will carry an array of responsibility through this position.
