PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Assisting the Property Maintenance Technician with building maintenance where needed.  Duties may include painting, general cleaning, snow removal, mowing and carpentry.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITY:

• Perform work as defined by the Executive Director


• Attend any in-service educational programs recommended by the Executive Director.


• Provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents


• Follow defined safety codes while performing all duties.


• Understand facility fire and disaster plans and follow established procedures during fire drills and actual emergencies.


• Perform any other duties or special assignments as directed by the Executive Director.


• Assist in repairing and maintaining vacated rooms which includes: painting, carpet cleaning, walls, doors, woodworking, plumbing and electrical work.
