As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, development and distribution of marketing related content mapped to GTM campaigns, sales enablement as well as social media needs. The positioning, messaging and content you help develop is at the core of our programs and campaigns. As the owner of the editorial calendar, you will assist in developing content strategies designed to drive demand at each stage of the customer's journey, ensuring content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone. Measurement and optimization of campaigns will be required on an on-going basis.
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the voice/needs of our customers/prospects and partner with Product to influence future product development
Use different researching methods from developing surveys to assisting sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into customer desires/needs
Update and expand our ideal customer profiles across the portfolio in collaboration with sales and product mgt and align/develop content for each phase of the buyer and customer journey
Manages editorial and launch calendar - prioritized content marketing initiatives across all channels
Work with our Sales and Product Management teams to provide content-based product marketing support including: Customer facing content (e.g. sales presentations, videos), Blog posts, Sales Enablement (e.g. playbook content, product positioning, battle cards, collateral, etc.) and website copy
Skilled in writing content that converts and assisting in marketing campaigns across all campaigns and assets
Write content to establish product differentiators against competition
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of content creation experience in a SaaS, Aviation or other related B2B field
Excellent writing skills and a strong ability to translate technical advantages into customer value propositions
Ability to work both at a strategic and tactical level in order to get the job done
Good organizational, presentation and writing skills and ability to successfully interact across functions at all levels of an organization and with customers
Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-through, be able to work with minimal direction, and balance the requirements of multiple stakeholders within an organization

Quantitative marketing and data analytics skills to assess and optimize
Highly collaborative, positive, and respectful attitude with the ability to communicate with people at all levels throughout the company
