This role will provide flawless execution and delivery of value-added HR services, including but not limited to- talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, and project management. You will act as a single point of contact for HR-related processes, issues/questions for assigned clients.This is not a remote position; it is on-site every day supporting 200 plus employees across 4 businesses. Although this position reports into Human Resources, it will have a strong dotted-line reporting relationship to the business leaders at our Accumark and Tri-State Utilities businesses.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
Education & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field is required. A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a client-focused HR Generalist role, including experience in performance management, employee relations, learning, and/or compensation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Services, Construction and have experience working in a metrics-driven organization, using data analysis to measure results. This person will also have experience working in a COE model for HR and the ability to partner and navigate an organization.
Both verbal and written communication skills are vital, and, of course you will need to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization. You should have the ability to manage multiple business lines simultaneously and have the aptitude to lead and manage complex situations. Experience supporting both senior level executives and a dispersed hourly population is preferred. Evidence of business acumen with proven results in influencing and advising managers and leaders at all levels who are both virtual and local.
You should have a proven track record of results as we'll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Travel will be required at least 25% of the time to build relationships with leaders and employees at all 4 businesses, and continue to maintain and sustain those relationships.
