JOB DESCRIPTION
The All Round Designer is responsible for designing the RH Atelier collection, and ensure that the latest trends are executed commercially.

• Create Innovative Designs, evaluate Prototypes and always Improve Design.
• Research Material, Fabrics, and Color Trends.
• Attend Design and Product Development Meetings and research Product Trends and Development.
• Deliver product designs with flawless execution, achieving goals with speed, agility and acute attention to details.
• Constantly upgrade fabric, yarn, techniques, fittings and products to upcoming & current trends and the market demand.
• Work closely with the chief curator and buyers throughout the complete design process; including product development, technical design and production to ensure the quality and timely delivery of collection.

• Expert in producing detailed tech packs is a must.
• Demonstrated creative sophistication in concepts and design.
• High Communication Skills (giving clear and concise instructions & presentations).
• Proven ability to create a new concept and bring it to reality seasonal product with a focus on style, fit, stitch and desirable yarns.
• Exceptional ability to apply and perform design skills, including hand drawing/sketching, hand illustrations, need to be well versed in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, concept ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development and layout.
• You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign Fashion Design degree level.
• Excellent knowledge of Garment Construction and Technical Details.
• Professional portfolio and willingness to travel required.
• Proficiency with Mac Operating System and Google Applications.
