Position Overview:

In-Home Install Team Members are expected to utilize our best-in-class techniques along with professional industry skill sets. Plumbing and or Mechanical background necessary along with outstanding interpersonal skills.

You will:

• Plumbing, Mechanical, Construction or Mechanical experience. 5+ years experience preferred in Plumbing.


• Effectively present product usage to customer at time of installation.


• Utilize our technology platform proficiently to communicate with colleagues and customers.


• Develop strong relationships with Customers, Field Team and corporate organization.


• Ability to actively listen to others and provide positive solutions to handle objectives.


• Expert on our products to prepare for installation, repair or replace.


• Ability to adjust to the needs of the business and our customer's schedule.


• Comfortable and confident using electronic devices used for communication.


• Ownership for the care and maintenance of Company provided vehicle, cell phone and product.


• Impeccable work ethic and winning mindset, committed to executing to Pentair's best-in-class installation standards every time.

You should:

• Read, analyze and interpret written information, along with photographs for installation direction.


• Physically deliver water systems that can weight up to 130lbs.
