The VP, Digital Content Operations will work closely with the Digital Chief Content Officer as well as Editorial, Video, and Audio leadership to develop strategies/goals surrounding all content, social and SEO as well as develop thoughtful KPIs to identify progress to goals, etc. This position will:
Work with teams to develop strategies to both grow and protect our core business (in coordination with vertical leadership teams)
Help refine a strategy for overall video growth to support revenue initiatives (includes O&O as well as other platforms)
Play a key role in developing strategy and plans around emerging platforms (Audio, Tik Tok, Snapchat and others as identified)
Coordinate with BI to develop critical reporting tools for content teams (editorial, video, etc.) so that we can be consistent and thorough in our evaluation of all new content and channel objectives
Responsibilities
Work with Chief Content Officer and platform/content leads to develop content strategies related to platforms as well as channels. This includes the development of KPIs in order to establish progress made toward these goals
Develop/maintain insights and reporting functionality across the group to ensure that teams are making data driven decisions and management also has the data needed to make sense of what is happening on each of the platforms and why
Assist in driving revenue (where appropriate) to key channels (based on ROI to LOE)

Requirements:
BS/MBA in Finance, Marketing or Business
15+ years finance, corporate development, operations, or similar field; prior digital media experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of digital operations and ability to work across entire organization and manage diverse teams
