Job Summary


Channel Sales Manager

Spot (recently acquired by NetApp) is looking for a superstar Channel Sales Manager to drive our growth across the Latin America market. This role reports directly to the head of Americas' Channels, and is an opportunity to join a young Rocketship company on its way to achieving $100M+ ARR.

As Channel Partner Manager, you are responsible for developing business for Spot and our channel partners throughout your territory. This includes enabling channel partners, qualifying and closing opportunities with end customers and accurately forecasting sales. Your ability to drive action with external parties and align efforts from departments across both organizations is critical to your success in this role. Working with cross-functional teams from Spot Solutions Architecture, Alliances and Sales Operations functions will be key resources for you to demonstrate to attain and exceed sales performance goals.

The essential responsibilities of the Channel Sales Manager are to work directly with partners and customers to generate and close sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Primary ownership and accountability for ensuring customer growth, satisfaction, and retention within an established and growing book-of-business.

Leverage and scale existing and new partnerships in the territory.

Manage a healthy and active pipeline to overachieve quarterly/yearly revenue growth targets.

Identify, develop, and close new opportunities for expanding your reach in market

Develop and maintain close relationships with key decision makers and buyers and converting them into Spot promoters

Own and influence all client's communications across the entire organization


Job Requirements


Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced and credible C-suite advisor with strong customer/partner relationship-building skills to sell and drive Spot sales into Fast Growing startups and large enterprises in Latin america. I 7+ years of experience growing sales through Channel relationships in a B2B software/SaaS environment

Experience working with partners to find, forecast and close sales opportunities.

Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and revenue goals

Experience selling into DevOps and IT and understanding of cloud business models

Strong understanding of software reseller business models

Fluent in English and Portuguese

Proficiency in Spanish a plus

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study OR Equivalent experience
