Change Management Specialist


Job Summary

The Change Management Specialist will serve as an integral part of the Change Management Committee and is responsible for implementing change management strategies for various corporate initiatives that maximize associate adoption of new processes while minimizing resistance across the organization. The specialist will apply a structured methodology to leading change management activities, support training and communication efforts, and assess change impact.

The Change Management specialist will partner with organizational leaders and project stakeholders to define, design, implement, and monitor results of change management activities.


  • Lead and implement change initiatives related to corporate initiatives, business processes and technologies

  • Develop project plans, including stakeholder assessments, training, communications, and change readiness

  • Oversee committee execution of project plans

  • Facilitate change activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to drive adoption

  • Filter stakeholder feedback for value and partner with communications and training to execute strategic plan

  • Define communications and training requirements for core initiatives

  • Coordinate with project management team for handoff/timing

  • Validate adoption of strategic/project deliverables


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management, Human Resources, or related field required

  • Change Management, project Management, or SHRM certification preferred


  • 3-5 years experience in relevant field

  • Proven ability to assess organizational process and training needs to design and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills including classroom and virtual delivery

  • Familiar with adult learning methodologies

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to develop a vision and strategy while working in a collaborative manner

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to design practical learning solutions.

  • A demonstrated commitment to professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
